Analyst, End User Services

Job Details Description Provide hands-on/remote technical and administrative support for the Oxford user base. Provide support for, or assist other infrastructure groups with: End user and server hardware Software installation and troubleshooting Mobile devices (phones, tablets) Network devices (routers, switches, Riverbed etc) Unified Communications (VoIP, Video Conferencing etc) Project-manage local technology implementations Coordinate/manage vendors as needed Collaborate with IT team members and attend regular status meetings. Understand, and ensure adherence to, Revlon's defined technology standards and procedures including Incident Management, Security, Change Management, Asset Management and Procurement. Occasionally travel to the Roanoke, Salem, Jacksonville facilities to perform IT support as described above. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
