Interco Planning Manager

Basic Function:?

Key accountabilities:

  • Work closely with Interco market leads to develop deployment strategies that maintain customer service while achieving inventory targets. Identify opportunities and recommend actions

  • Responsible for timely deployment of product to support the Interco Markets, including new product launch & promotional programs.

  • Primary source of contact for Interco Market leads in resolving demand/supply issues and allocations

  • Provide monthly by market root cause gap analysis for top cutting SKU?s with actions to address drivers

  • Partner with Distribution team to ensure the most efficient and cost effective deployment for each market



  • Bachelor?s degree and minimum of 5 years? experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Supply Chain Planning at Senior Planner/Manager level.

  • Strong leadership ? able to engage up, down and across functions, and drive alignment to actions.

  • Proven ability to analyze and consolidate large volumes of data, develop a fact-based point of view, and communicate it effectively and convincingly.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the confidence to present to senior management.

  • Demonstrates a strong operational discipline. Keen attention to detail.

  • Demonstrates a goal oriented, results driven work ethic

  • Ability to make decisions fast and effectively, remaining calm under pressure

  • SAP manufacturing knowledge or similar MPS/MRP system

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
