Finance Manager, Distribution

1. Manage monthly accounting and reporting for Distribution including Warehouse Expense, Inbound Freight (including Expedited Freight) and Outbound Freight.
2. Partner with the Transportation department the freight billing process, accounting, accruals and reconcilations with freight payment service provider and intercompany partners.
3. Partner with the Director Freight-Out and Director Warehousing/Logistics to align on variance analysis commentary, risks and opportunity analysis and associated action plans.
4. Lead the development of Quarterly Inventory Reserve analysis and reporting for US Consumer, working with Supply Chain Operations, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain Finance.
5. Lead the development of Budgets and Forecasts by working with cross functional leadership, including Expense, Headcount, Capex, Inventory, and Synergy.
6. Design, maintain and deploy an effective and efficient Distribution allocation process to each Market P&L.
7. Develop and coordinate projects to maximize cash flow while ensuring strong service reliability.
8. Lead Finished Goods/Marketing Materials Inventory accounting best practices, ensuring full inventory control and reconciliation in each DC.
9. Reduce obsolescence inventory via proactive coordination across Global Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
10. Track projects and support teams to ensure timely implementation and results are met.
11. Continue developing and innovating financial processes and systems that improve reporting timings and data visibility.
12. Support SAP implementation and EA integration.
13. Assist site management in identifying cost reduction opportunities and improve operational efficiencies.
14. Development and training of staff to support departmental and corporate objectives as well as to enhance employee?s career development.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
