As part of a collaborative Human Resources team, this position will support the day-to-day administration of our core HRIS application and work collaboratively with other HR team members and business partners across the organization on HR analytics.
Basic duties include technical HRIS support and analytical projects/initiatives deemed necessary to assist in furthering the Company's strategy by fostering a culture to be forward thinking and reactive to the market.
MAJOR DUTIES Focus on demonstrating teamwork within and outside of the HR Department in handling assigned responsibilities and activities.
Support testing, validation and implementation of HRIS (UKG) module enhancements and integration changes Create permission and user access for HRIS Assist with Internal Controls testing Troubleshoot user system support tickets globally, ensuring timely and quality resolutions Create and generate reports, dashboards and ad-hoc reports for HR and the business Generate reports for annual Affirmative Action Plan /EEO requirements and California pay data Regularly audit data Provide support for recurring and annual HR initiatives such as Talent Acquisition, benefits open enrollment, and performance management Provide support to the HR Service Center in areas of daily reporting requirements, system training, and processing of global system terminations Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES 3
years' experience primarily working with an HRIS Knowledge of HRIS software; in particular, Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), and Cognos reporting would be a plus Strong analytical, research, critical thinking and problem solving skills required Must be proficient in technologies of MS Office Suite with advanced Excel knowledge Ability to efficiently manage and manipulate large sets of data to perform file loads Experience working with HR data for employees outside of North America is a plus Experience partnering with other functional areas, particularly Finance and IT Soft Skills Proven project management and organizational skills Foster teamwork and open communication at all levels of the organization Ability to work independently with initiative and handle increasing responsibility over time Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment Ability to be confidential and professional on sensitive and privileged information Demonstrate ability to flex with changes within an organization #LI-AV1.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
