3K a year 22 hours ago 22 hours ago 22 hours ago BASIC FUNCTION Identify opportunities to drive complexity out of the procurement process including quotes/estimates, customer needs and plan of action Support line trial production requirements, sampling and artwork development Work closely with supplier to ensure vendor panel on production scheduling priorities to meet desired delivery dates Work closely with Artwork Production Team to prioritize packaging artwork to meet changing demands of campaign launch timelines Attend weekly meeting with cross functional teams regarding program status Address Nonconformance Quality issues by performing root cause and corrective action with the Vendor Monitoring critical milestones and mitigate risk by developing contingency plans Support and drive direct procurement services for Revlon USA Drive initiatives to meet department and corporate objectives for service, cost, quality, business continuity, innovation, and savings Procurement responsibility for supporting New Product Development launches and projects by coordinating:
best value proposition for Revlon including cost, quality and delivery Support Operational Objectives by adhering to policies and practices, ensuring required Procurement data and documentation is maintained, recommending and implementing process improvements, and supporting projects as warranted.
Support supplier development activities Performs rfp's, rfi's, drives quotation process, cost benchmarking initiatives and analysis, propose recommendation for award of business.
Support assigned procurement activities with solid collaboration with the various company functions (Operations, Marketing, Package Development & Engineering, Finance etc).
Work with the category leads within Global Procurement to ensure the initiatives are moving forward in a consistent manner and the synergistic opportunities are maximized.
Participate in and/or lead key initiatives and or sub categories MAJOR DUTIES Collaborate with Category leaders within Global Procurement to ensure that initiatives are moving forward in a consistent manner, that synergistic opportunities are maximized, and that category strategies are being upheld.
Support Direct procurement projects and programs to achieve business and functional goals and continuous improvement of processes.
Support procurement and value-added activities (e.
g.
, management reporting, supplier reviews, benchmarking, etc).
Grow Procurement's capabilities to proactively engage with Commercial and Development teams on early engagement and supplier selection Deliver Procurement tasks on time against Project Management Timelines.
Own tracking and reporting of key programs/initiatives.
Improve delivery of New Product Development Reduce COGs (Cost of Goods) Ensure continuity of materials supply, partner with Planning to ensure Continuity of Supply Reduce working capital through ownership and management of key supplier relationships.
Supplier Relationship Management Support of procurement business plans which have specific value and deliverables to support the clients' business needs - including submission of estimated costs, final costs, capacity and terms agreements, price list management to respective parties in line with established processes.
Timely and accurate transactional procurement activities of data maintenance (supplier master data, lead-times, costs/price lists, etc) to facilitate good data control for Revlon as well as feed appropriate ERP functionality to run the business) Performs rfp's, rfi's, drives quotation process, cost benchmarking initiatives and analysis, monitors VMI (Vendor Managed) activities, negotiates standard requirements and terms & conditions, submits analytics and recommendations of supply to management for approval.
Assembles and submits AOB's (Award of Business) to management, where applicable.
Assess and assembles relevant supplier and market intelligence in support of SWOT analysis, supply recommendations, and business impact scenario analysis Set item standards with direction from Category leads and/or Director Facilitate/troubleshoot issue resolution Issue TOA's (Table of Authority) in accordance with policy Identify and put in place the action programs and metrics to successfully drive performance improvements in the area of direct spend Uphold Revlon's Principles and values, business controls, ethics, policies and procedures, and professional standards KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
