Job Summary We are currently hiring full-time and part-time kitchen staff for the Oxford location! We are looking for motivated individuals who are team players with all experience levels.
Job responsibilities include:
Prepare/cook multiple food items to order via fry/grill/hotline Follow recipes and guidelines to prep bulk food Clean/Sanitize all kitchen utensils, equipment, and surfaces Learn Kitchen recipes, processes, and procedures.
This position reports directly to the kitchen manager.
Payrates are based on experience.
About Tobacco Wood Brewing Company We are the first female veteran owned and operated brewery in NC.
The original location in Oxford, NC houses our brewspace, taproom and full restaurant.
The second location in Durham, NC opened in June 2021.
